一、资料

1、营业执照正副本原件；

2、公章、法人章、财务专用章、合同专用章、发票专用章；

3、近三年的账本

4、税控盘，已开未开作废的发票

5、法人股东身份证正反面复印件

 

二、流程

首先需要注销税务，后工商和银行，注销税务需要先到税务局清税，将未完结的税务事项处理清楚，拿到清税证明后，再去注销工商，针对工商注销需要先进行清算组备案，然后开股东会议形成股东会决议，到当地的政务中心领取注销备案表法人股东进行签字后，将资料交给政务中心窗口老师审核，审核通过后会发放注销证明

最后就是拿着工商的注销证明去注销银行了，银行注销完毕后，到公安局备案的印章公司进行印章销毁
